Hossam has expertise overseeing the design and completion of notable projects, such as Tolip Hotel at Family Park and Triumph Hotel and other prestigious projects through his company. He studied Architecture at Faculty of Engineering, Helwan University and graduated in 2000. Previously, he worked as a Design Director in HNS group-Cairo branch and Head of Department at OTC, a profitable construction company in the UAE.
Hossam defines the business needs of our clients and fits the culture and experience that the end user prefers, believing in the achievement of personalized, distinctive, and different projects that match the vision. He is creating unique milestones for the firm.
Emad has experience managing the development and culmination of significant projects, such as Galala University , BSNU-Beni Suef National University and much more. It all began with a Bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Fine Arts, Helwan University in 1999. He worked previously as a Head of Design Department in HNS group-Cairo branch and a Technical manager at OTC.
As a result of his exposure to numerous projects of varying sizes, Emad later developed a core competency and a dedication to producing ideas that harmoniously integrate the built and natural environments. He took part in a number of architectural contests, which he views as being the main impetus for transitions and improvements in both architecture and managing skills.
